• Provide clear instructions or anything in particular that is necessary to the commission
(if I see anything that is literally unclear or undecipherable I will literally just decline or cancel lmao :cryinglaughingemoji²:)

• I can cancel, decline, or delay any commission at any time for any means, but don't worry you will be refunded accordingly
(if cancelled)

• Forced to rush commission is strictly prohibited
(if persisted, I will be forced to cancel or blacklisting. Don't tempt me, vro)

• Deadlines don't exist here, so just be patient

• I will not accept any forms of payment until I have granted or accepted your commission

• I have the rights to the artwork so ergo I am able to post commissioned work on my socials, portfolios, as promotional content, and etc
(You can ask me to hide works from the public as long as proper credit is given and watermark is not altered. Don't forget you need my approval)

-♠ TURNAROUND TIME ♠-
Commissions I typically make take around 4 - 5 days or a week but it varies according to commission request (Can reach up to 3 weeks but not longer) such as simple to very complex detailed work but it is also how busy I am since I am not a full time artist and I actually am in college trying to be a soon to be aspiring full stack dev and network engineer
(I am just a human being with a life and trying to live the most of it and if clients literally keeps persisting on a rushed work it will eventually just lead to a decline, cancel, or a possible blacklist lmao :cryinglaughingemoji²:)

-♠ REVISIONS & CHANGES ♠-
Small revisions that are just small details will not be charged
(Small details, Color mistakes, and details I've missed from provided materials)

Dramatic changes in the other hand such as large alterations will lead to additional charges according to alteration request
(Large Details such as BG positioning, OC addition, Pose Changes and large amounts of alterations that were accumulated from small revisions)

In order for you to track your commission progress I will be inquiring you with your contacts however I will be considering:

In this case I will be able to provide you with progression, updates, and previews of the commissioned art in the works with each phase or whenever you inquire
(asking ridicoulously and chronically is not recommended as it will result in warnings or blacklisting)

(There are two ways of payment when I have accepted your commission request)
• Complete Payment -
This mean that when I accepted your request you paid in 100% of the agreed payment amount and would no longer need to be reminded of future payments.
(Don't worry you'll be also notified when I reach each phases for changes and fixes.)(dramatic changes can possibly add more charges to the commission.)

• Progressive Payment -
(Progressive payment may vary according to commission)
• 10% - Sketch - Phase 1
• 30% - Line Art - Phase 2
• 60% - Flat Colors - Phase 3
• 70% - Shading - Phase 4
(Between these phases there will be possible times I will ask and show if things are alr)
• 100% - Full Render - Phase 5

FAIR WARNING!
Please Notify me when you are canceling your commission request as soon as possible, once I have started progressing, it will automatically land on (Phase 1 refund level). However I am willing to give a full refund when it the reason is justifiable.
(Attempting any loophole will lead into immediate blacklisting don't tempt me lmao)
(Several repeated refund action will also land in blacklisting)
• 100% - No Work Done - Phase 0
• 85% - Sketch - Phase 1
• 65% - Line Art - Phase 2
• 30% - Flat Colors - Phase 3
• 0% - Shading - Phase 4

(You are prohibited to make merch or sell to make revenue/profit out of it such as Ex: printed mugs, printed shirt, and etc ergo selling them)

(You are prohibited to claim such ownership and modifying with commissioned work as if it is your own is not allowed and if commited will be classified as plagiarism and will proceed to problematic or legal actions for you)

• Training AI or NFT
(This is one of the most important rules that you should LISTEN TO Training AI, implying any forms of data training, or any NFT actions is STRICTLY PROHIBITED)
